Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DripBot ("the Service"), operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What DripBot is
DripBot is software. It connects to a cryptocurrency exchange account that you own and control, using an API key that you create, and places trades on that account according to a fixed automated strategy.
DripBot is not a broker, exchange, fund, portfolio manager, or financial adviser. We do not hold, receive, custody, or have the ability to withdraw your funds. API keys with withdrawal permission are rejected automatically.
2. No investment advice
Nothing provided by the Service — including the website, dashboard, public Telegram channels, or any communication — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. You make your own decisions about whether to run the software and with how much capital.
3. Risk
Trading leveraged cryptocurrency derivatives carries substantial risk of loss. You may lose the entire balance of the account you connect. Losses can happen quickly and without warning.
- The strategy averages into losing positions, which produces frequent small gains and occasional larger losses.
- Past results shown anywhere, including public channels, describe what happened previously and predict nothing.
- Software can fail, exchanges can go down, and network issues can prevent orders from executing.
Only connect funds you can afford to lose entirely.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to trade derivatives where you live.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and tax rules of your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for your exchange account, your API key settings, and your account credentials.
- You must not use the Service where cryptocurrency derivatives trading is prohibited, including where your exchange does not permit it.
5. Subscription and payment
Access costs 20 USDT per month, payable in cryptocurrency. Access begins when payment confirms and runs for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal — access simply lapses unless extended.
Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and are irreversible, fees are non-refundable. You may stop the software at any time; unused time is not refunded. Promotional codes may be issued at our discretion and carry no cash value.
6. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for misuse or where continued service would be unlawful.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
